Q: Is your rental terms a month-to-month or do you offer anything else?
A: We offer only month-to-month

Q: Do I have to give notice when I’m ready to move out?
A: Yes. We would like 30-day notice if possible.

Q: Do you offer credit card payments?
And if so, what type of credit cards to you accept?
A: Yes. We offer VISA and Mastercard. We do automatic monthly payments with statements emailed to customers.

Q: Do I need insurance when renting any of your facilities?
A: You are responsible for providing your own insurance coverage.

Q: Do you offer hand-carts, dollies or packing supplies?
A: No, at this time we do not.

Q: Do I need to lock my units?
A: All units must be locked. It is your responsibility to provide a lock for your unit, as we do not keep keys. We do sell locks at Nielson’s Building Center, 391 Tyee Drive, in Point Roberts, open Monday-Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-3.

Q: Are there any restrictions on what I am able to store?
A: Restrictions on storage would be no storing any food, firearms, or explosives. Lawnmowers or any fuel containing devices must be drained before storing, as it could be a safety hazard in the event of a fire. Refrigerators and stoves are to be cleaned thoroughly before storing and we ask that the refrigerator doors are either removed or propped open.

Q: Do you offer vehicle storage?
A: Yes. Our facilities at 1574 Benson Road and 1473 Gulf Road offer up to 20′, 20′ to 30′ and 30′ to 40′ parking for RV’s, Cars, Trucks, Boats and Trailers.

Q: Do you have heated storage?
A: Yes. Our facility at 1480 Gulf Road is heated storage.

Q: Can I access my storage items 24-hours, 7-days a week?
A: Yes. You have 24/7 access to your storage unit.
